摘要
分析比较了几种应用在双层辉光等离子体渗金属中的测温手段存在的问题 ,采用阴极屏蔽技术 ,研制出一套适合双层辉光等离子体渗金属工件热电偶测温的实验装置 ,并介绍了其结构和工作原理。实验结果表明 ,该装置工作稳定 ,安全可靠 。
The existing problems of temperature measurement means used in double glow plasma surface alloying process are discussed. By using cathodes shielding technology, a new experiment device for measuring work piece temperature with thermocouple is developed. The structure and working principle of the device are introduced. Testing results show that this device is feasible and can be used in other similar work conditions.
