摘要
分析了磁性研磨的机理 ,并通过实验得出磁极形状、磁感应强度、工件转速、振动频率、振幅、加工间隙。
Magnetic abrasive finishing mechanism is analyzed in detail. The experimental results have shown how machining conditions, such as magnetic pole shape, machining flux density, work speed, vibrating frequency, vibrating amplitude, working clearance, mean diameter of magnetic abrasives, etc. influence the finishing characteristics of non ferromagnetic materials.
