摘要
对大型汽轮发电机组四可倾瓦轴承双剪桥式负荷传感器结构进行了三维有限元分析 ,研究了不同边界条件对传感器结构应力 (应变 )场的影响。计算与试验结果对比表明 ,所建立的有限元模型是正确的 。
A three dimensional finite element analysis on the structure of 4 tilting pad bridge bearing load cell in large turbine generator sets has been made. The influence of boundary condition on the stress or strain field of sensor is studied. The results from the study shows that the finite element model is correct, and it can be used for optimization of structural designon on 4 tilting pad bridge bearing load cell.
