摘要
该文试验研究了以钝感耐热猛炸药HNS制成的金属导爆索作为传递爆轰的微秒级延期通道 ,利用HNS和A5 炸药作为主要装药 ,扩大爆轰能量 ,满足起爆战斗部要求。试验的爆炸传递和特性表明 , 0 85mm的导爆索爆轰速度传递为5.2 2 2km/s ,装药直径为 6mm ,爆炸装置输出能量为 :在 3mm厚度铅板上爆炸 ,炸孔直径大于 1 0mm。该装置因采用了HNS和A5 许用传爆药 ,可用于直列式微秒传爆序列 ,实现串联或多路微秒延期起爆 ,无须隔爆装置 。
This paper introduces the μs delay transmission in detonation cord with inactive and heat resisting explosive HNS,and the amplifying of the detonation with HNS explosive and A 5 explosive to meet demand of the power to initiate the bomb action .The detonation transmitting and characteristics are described. It is showed that the detonating can be reliable transmission with the 0.85 mm diameter detonation cord in about 5.222 km/s; the export detonator power,in 6 mm charge diameter ,is larger than 10 mm diameter hole on 3 mm thin lead plate blasting test. Because the device used the permit explosives HNS and A 5, it can be applied in the multiply forthright series connection μs delay initiation and not used in insulation state, so the structure of the cartridge could be simple.
