摘要
介绍了 ADSL(不对称数字用户线 )的基本技术及其广阔的应用前景 ,并对基于计算机网络和 ATM方式接入网这两种网络接入方法进行了讨论。指出 ADSL作为一种新的手段 ,在现有的双绞线上提供了 1 Mbits/s的上行速率和 8Mbit/s的下行速率。且具有投入少 ,网络结构简单 。
In this article, the author introduces the basic technologies and the broad prospect of ADSL and discusses the cut-in method basing in computer, ADSL provides a up-rate of 1Mbits/s and a down-rate of 8Mbits/s on current twisted pair. Futhermore, ADSL has many merits such as little investment, simple networe structure and you can use you phone at the same time.
