摘要
随着全国教师资格认定工作的开展和综合性大学加入师范教育行列 ,师范院校英语专业的毕业生将面临激烈的人才市场竞争。从新时期高等师范英语教育的新概念入手 。
Because of the dentification of teachers qualification certificates and the involvement of comprehensive universities with teacher training, the graduates of English from teachers colleges and universities find it more difficult to be qualified English teachers. In light of the new concept of English teacher training, this paper discussed the new ideas and strategies on reforming the training to English teachers at teachers colleges.
