摘要
针对目前高等学校的实验室和大型仪器设备利用率不高 ,不能做到真正意义上的开放使用的弊病 ,本文从实验室建设引入竞争机制作为切入点 。
In view of the low utilization ratio of laboratories and 1arge-scale equipment and appliances in present colleges and universities,the author proposes that the competitive mechanism should be introduced into the construction of the laboratories,and puts forward a new approach to promote the utilization ratio of research laboratories and equipment by optimizing the resource allocation.
