摘要
本文从生产者剩余入手 ,分析加入WTO对我国农业、农民和社会福利的冲击和农业保护所带来的利与弊 ,针对目前我国农业形势和传统农业保护政策的运行障碍 ,得出现阶段我国农业保护的重点 。
It has very big shake for China agriculture,peasents and social welfare to enter WTO.By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of agriculture protection and traditional agriculture protection policies' running difficulties,it points out agriculture protection emphasis and policies' selection at present.
