摘要
随着城市住宅小区的建设与发展, 相应的政策法规和管理方法没有及时跟上, 在很大程度上制约了高质量住宅小区的规划与建设。通过目前住宅小区规划建设与管理中所暴露出来的问题,探索规划建设高质量住宅小区的途径。
As the city residential quarters being constructed and developed, the relative policy and management have not kept up with it, which has greatly restricted high quality planning and construction of residential quarters. This essay tries to find out the ways to plan and construct high quality residential quarters through discussing problems that have occurred from the present residential quarter planning, construction and managing.
