摘要
培养创新人才的关键在于营造创新环境 ,学分制为创新人才的培养和成长营造了良好的环境。本文在对高校学分制实施情况和成效进行总结的基础上 ,针对存在的问题 ,探讨了如何通过管理创新和推进学分制的有效运行 。
An enabling environment is key to the development of creative students, and credit system facilitates the creation of an enabling environment for development of creativeness among students. This paper analyses the performance of credit system in colleges and universities and discusses how to optimize the benefits of environment for development of creativeness among students through improved management and effective operation of credit system.
