摘要
目的:征求意见,制定我国的冠心病人心脏康复危险性分层法。方法:参考美国心脏康复和二级预防程序指南(1999年,第3版)冠心病事件危险性分级法,结合我国的研究成果,制定我国的冠心病人心脏康复危险性分层法。结果:我国冠心病人心脏康复危险性分层由冠心病人心脏康复危险性分层表(见表1),及其说明两部分组成,以分层表为主,结合说明中的情况,确定符合个体具体病情,较细致的危险分层。结论:本分层法参考国内、外有代表性的分层法,比较具体;难免有不足之处,欢迎提出宝贵意见。
ve: To formulate Chinese stratification of risk for cardiac rehabilitation of coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods: Reference stratification for risk of event[1] in guidelines for cardiac rehabilitation and secondary prevention programs (1999,3-rd) of American association of cardiovascular & pulmonary rehabilitation,and Chinese corresponding stratification of risk for CHD. Results : Chinese stratification of risk for cardiac rehabilitation of CHD consists of table of Chinese stratification of risk for cardiac rehabilitation of CHD,and its explanation. For evaluate the risk of individual patient, the table is primary,conjugating the condition in explanation. Conclusion: This stratification of risk may be easy performance, because reference representative internal and oversea stratification of risk.
