摘要
设计和应用干眼症答卷评分标推 ,结合各种泪膜质和量临床检测方法 ,评价和分析症状、影响因素对诊断干眼症的作用 ,确定其临床诊断价值。方法 :对 12 0位门诊主诉眼干并排除其他眼病者进行干眼症答卷评分 ,同时进行临床干眼检测 ,包括泪液量检测、泪膜稳定性检测和角膜表面健康状况检测。结果 :临床各种检测方法需要综合评价后才有诊断价值 ,干眼症答卷评分标准诊断干眼的特异性为 95 % ,敏感性为 92 %。结论 :干眼症的诊断需要综合分析和检测 ,干眼症答卷评分具有临床价值。
Objective:To evaluate the values of dry eye questionnaires in the clinical diagnosis of dry eye syndrome. Methods:120 subjects who complained the sensation of dry eye were enrolled and evaluated with a series of testing of tear quality,tear film stability and keratoconjunctival sicca.A questionnaire about dry eye was surveyed. Results:None single testing was enough for the diagnosis of dry eye.The questionnaire about dry eye was found to have 92% sensitivity and 95% specificity. Conclusions:The diagnosis of dry eye should depend on comprehensive findings.The questionnaire about dry eye has the value for the diagnosis of the disease.
