摘要
目的 观察硬化治疗对食管静脉曲张破裂出血的疗效。方法 :60例食管静脉曲张出血患者采用食管静脉曲张硬化治疗 (EVS) ,采用大剂量 1 %乙氧硬化醇 (德国 )血管内注射 ,同时与 50例内镜下结扎法 (EVL)进行比较 ,结果 :EVS组 :急症止血成功率 1 0 0 % ,静脉曲张消失率 96 7%。,再出血率 1 0 % ,静脉曲张复发率 1 3 3 % ,EVS组各项分别为 :96 %、64 %、1 2 %、44 % ,两组急症止血成功率无显著差异 (P >0 0 5)静脉曲张消失率有显著差异 (P>0 0 5)。再出血率无显著 (P >0 0 5) ,静脉曲张复发率有显著差异 (P <0 0 1 )。结论 :研究提示 :EVS组在静脉曲张消失率及复发率明显优于EVL组 ,二者急症止血成功率均高 ,再出血率EVS组较EVL组无明显优越性。
Objective To Observe the results of sclerotherapy in treating bleeding of esophageal Varicosis Methods Sixty cases of patients with esophageal Varicosis bleeding were tyeafed by esophageal varicosis sclerotherapy (EVS) usimg Large dosage of 1% Aethoxy sklerol injected into variceal Compared with another group of fifty patients freated by esophageal varicosis ligution (EVL) Results in EVS group, the hemostatic rate in acute bleeding was 100% The eradication rate of varices was 96 7%, The rebleeding rate was 10% Varices recurrde in 3 3% In EVL group, they were 96 0%,64 0%,12 0% and 44 0% respectvely No signifficant difference of hemostic rate in acute bleeding btween the two groups (p>0 05) There was signifficant difference of varices eradication bfween the two groups (p<0 01) No signifficant difference of rebleeding (p>0 05) The recurrence rate was signifficant difference(p<0 01) Conclusion The study show that the EVS is superion to EVL in eradication and recurrence of varices They two have high rate of hemostatic of acute bleeding The EVS is not superior to EVL in rebleeding
