摘要
为分析影响精神病人肇事肇祸的相关因素,对社区5年中发生肇事肇祸行为的精神病患者37例进行回顾分析。结果,肇事肇祸与患者性别、精神症状、有无看护、婚姻状况、残疾等级、肇事肇祸诱发因素等有关。提示社区精神病人肇事肇祸发生与多种因素相关,加强社区精神病患者的康复管理是控制精神病患者肇事肇祸行为的发生的关键。
To inquire into the correlative factor of causing trouble or/and accident for patients with psychosis, the data of 37 patients were reviewed and analyzed during 5 years in the community. Result: Gender, psychotic symptom, with or without nursing, marriage, degree of handicap, inducing factors are correlative with the behaviors of causing or/and accident. It suggestes that the behaviors are related to many factors, and the community rehabilitation and management is an effective method of controlling the behaviors.
