摘要
有杆泵深抽技术是尽可能将泵下入油层附近作业 ,加大生产压差抽汲 ,提高了油田采收率。通过配套技术的研究 ,解决了深井有杆抽油载荷大、抽油杆强度不足、管杆柱变形大、工作寿命低等难题 ,突破有杆抽油不能在深井中应用的概念 ,使之成为深井、超深井高效举升的方法 ,降低了采油成本 ,提高了油田经济效益。
Pumping deep well with Sucker Rod Deloader System was applied at the well TZ4 7 52 of Tarim Oilfield. This paper introduces work principles, structure characters, main functions, utilities and advantage of the Deloader System, and the history of the well. At the same time, the article describes the practical production process, analysis between test with calculate data, and economic benefits of the Deloader System after its use at well TZ4 7 52.
