摘要
在研究总结常规水井分层测试技术的基础上 ,研发了桥式偏心注水及测试新工艺 ,在原偏心配产器具有桥式通道可实现单层分测优点的基础上 ,对其进行改进 ,使其满足了分层流量调配的需要。消除了原偏心配水技术采用递减法进行流量测试时存在的问题 ,是偏心分层注水技术的完善和突破 ;测分层压力时 ,不但可以实现单层分测 ,而且不用投捞偏心堵塞器 ,既提高了分层资料的准确度 ,又提高了分层测试效率。同时采用射流洗井器和水力压缩式不可洗井封隔器组成的管柱组合 。
Based on the study and summarize of customary techniques of separate testing for water wells, a new technology of bridge eccentricity is developed for separate flooding and testing. An old bridge eccentric production prorator has an advantage of separate testing for single zone, and we enhance the advantage to satisfy the need of separate prorates. The remove of the problem existed in old water prorate technique by rate decline test is an progress as well as a breakthrough of eccentric separate injection techniques. When testing the separate pressure, without dragging the eccentric blanking plug a separate test by zones can be performed. In the testing, both the data veracity and the work efficiency are enhanced. At the same time a pipe string combination of jet flow well cleanup and hydraulic compressible off clean packer is employed to enhance packer working efficiency.
