摘要
本文总结了近十年来多核苷酸合成化学的进展,重点论述了核苷和核苷酸的区域选择酰化反应,亲核性催化的保护基和新近发展的核苷酸间键合的形成方法。
In this review the progress of the synthetic chemistry of polynucleotides in about the last ten years was summerized with the emphasis on the regioselective acylation on nucleosides and nucleotides,the nucleophilic catalytic protecting groups and the newly developed approaches for the formation of internucleotidic linkage.
