摘要
在对设备进行检测过程中,常需要测量交流信号的频率及相位。如通过专门的仪器来测量,整个检测系统的配置将增加,这无疑会增加检测系统成本和结构复杂性。文中介绍一种利用A/D转换测量频率和相位的方法。
It is often needed to measure the frequency and phase of the AC signal while testing equipment. Measuring by the special instrument, the configuration of whole test system will increase, and this doubtlessly can increase the cost of the system and complicated property of the structure. This paper introduction one kind of method of measuring frequency and phase wity A/D.
