摘要
风险投资是一种高风险高收益的长期投资 ,它能促进高新技术的发展。发展风险投资需要具备好的投资项目、风险资本家、资本及风险资本退出机制等基本条件 ,而在我国这些条件并没有完全具备。因此 ,必须对照不足 ,采取相应的措施。
As a kind of long term investment which presents high risks as well as high profits,the venture capital promotes the development of high tech,but due to the imperfect fundmental conditions for venture capital in china,adequate measures should be take to develop venture capital in china.
