摘要
09Cr2AlMoRE具有良好的耐氯化物和硫化物应力腐蚀性能,同时还具有一定的耐均匀腐蚀性能,主要用于塔顶冷凝器和空冷器。由于09Cr2AlMoRE的合金元素含量较低,在某些较苛刻的腐蚀环境中存在一定的局限性。文中对该材料在使用中容易出现的问题作了简要介绍,并对几个在实际使用中较典型的案例作了详细的分析。
09Cr2AlMoRE was mainly used for the tubes of overhead condensers and air coolers since it had good performance against chloride and sulfide stress corrosion and at the same time offered good resistance to uniform corrosion. As 09Cr2AlMoRE contained lower alloy, its application was limited at certain severe corrosive environment. The problems which could easily arise in the application of this material were introduced and several typical application cases were analyzed in detail.
