摘要
介绍了一种有机胺缓蚀剂的合成工艺及评价方法 ,并进行了缓蚀性能评定。试验结果表明 :ERI- 1是一种咪唑啉酰胺类吸附膜型缓蚀剂 ,能有效抑制电化学腐蚀的阴极过程 ,从而起到缓蚀作用。ERI- 1缓蚀剂受pH值波动影响小 。
The synthesis process of a organic amine corrosion inhibitor and evaluation method were described. The test showed that ERI-1 was a filming agent of imidazoline amide, which could effectively inhibit the cathodic polarization of electro-chemical corrosion and prevent the corrosion. ERI-1 corrosion inhibitor, subject to the little impact of pH fluctuation, could minimize the corrosion of initial condensing zone.
