摘要
论述了碳洗涤塔发生H2 S致鼓泡开裂的腐蚀机理 ,指出选用含Cr、Mo的合金钢和改善介质条件 ,使塔内温度升至 5 0℃以上 。
The corrosion mechanisms of H 2S induced blistering cracking in carbon scrubber was discussed. The corrosion problem could be controlled by selecting Cr and Mo alloys, improving media conditions, increasing temperature to over 50℃, raising pH value and applying zinc spray with external epoxy etc.
