摘要
以往流体测量质量必须分别测出流体密度和体积流量 ,然后将两数值相乘才得出质量流量。而根据科里奥利力的原理制成的流量计 ,可以直接测得介质的质量流量。由于“质量”是一种基本的物理参数而不是“导出”量 ,它不受其它物理参数的影响 ,因此在工业流程中经常遇到介质的密度、压力、温度、粘度、电导率、流动断面的变化 ,以及介质中存在均匀分布的小气泡和固体微粒 ,均不影响科里奥利力质量流量计的测量结果 ,文章重点分析科氏力流动的原理 ,公式推导及在气体计量上的应用前景。
In the past,when fluid′s mass measurement needed,we had to measure the density and volume flowrate separately,then multipled them together. In that case,the precision of the results are often affected by the changing parameters such as the medium′ density,pressure,temperature,velocity,conductivity,flowing cross section,and homogeneously distributing bubbles and solid participles. Overcoming the above shortages of conventional meters,mass flowmeter based on coriolis effect can measure the mass flow rate directly. The paper introduces the principle of coriolis effect mass flowmeter,and emphasizes the availability in natural gas measurement and its prospect in engineering.
