摘要
分析了吐哈油田盐膏层固井发生的多起事故 ,指出井身结构的不合理、复杂的井眼状况、水泥浆体系不抗盐是其主要原因。通过改变井身结构、优选钻具组合和钻井液体系 ,减少了井下复杂情况 ,降低了井径扩大率 ,提高了井径规则程度 ,同时选用针对性的水泥浆体系和配套固井施工工艺 ,杜绝了盐膏层固井的憋泵事故 ,形成了一套成熟的盐膏层综合固井技术 ,使固井一次成功率和优质率都达到 10 0 %。
By changing well structures and optimum selections of drill assembly and drilling fluid systems, downhole problems, hole enlargement rate are decreased and the degree of caliper regularity is improved. Meanwhile, owing to selections of corresponding cement slurry systems and cementing operation technologies, bit bouncing in salt lime beds is eliminated and a series of experienced cementing techniques in salt lime bed are formed. The qualification rate and the high quality rate are both 100%.
