摘要
本文提出了测定阴离子表面活性剂存在下的部分水解聚丙烯酰胺的方法:使阴离子表面活性剂与等当量的阳离子表面活性剂形成不溶或微溶于水的产物,用氯代烃萃取分离后,以分光光度法测水相中部分水解聚丙烯酰胺的含量。该法简便、有效,试液中含较多无机盐对测定无影响。
The anionic surfactants in mixture with polyacrylamides (PHPAM) in solution is removed from the test solution by adding a cationic surfactant (for example, Hyamine) in equivalent quantity and dissolving out the salt type molecular complex of two surfactants with a chlorocarbon. The aqueous phase is then treated by a known procedure to give rise of iodine-starch complex which is determined spectrophotometrically. The PHPAM content is read off from a work plot constructed previously. Inorganic salts in rather high concentrations have no interference with the determinations.
