摘要
油田开采到中后期,机械采油的用电量十分惊人。1989年大庆油田的机械采油用电量占全油田用电量的1/3,年耗电量19.6×10~8kW·h。因此,降低网损是油田节电的重要措施。本文从无功补偿的角度出发,阐述了机采井在低压侧和高压侧补偿的优点及存在问题,以及解决这些问题应采取的措施。最后使整条机采井供电线路的功率因数提高到0.9~0.95,达到降低网损节约电能的目的。
From the point of view of wattless compensation,this article explains the strong point and prob-lems of compensating at the high or low voltage sides of the mechanical recovery wells and mea-sures that should be adopted to solve these problems.Finally it increases the power factor of thepower line of the mechanical recovery wells up to 0. 9~0.95 and achieves the goal of decreasingnetwork loss and saving electric energy.
