原油电脱水器高压绝缘套管击穿的主要原因是:由于套管内的空气首先被击穿引起局部放电,长期的局部放电使聚四氟乙烯的劣化损伤逐步扩大,最终导致整个绝缘击穿。这是由于聚四氟乙烯材料耐局部放电性能差和这种套管属于单一绝缘的结构特点所决定的。防止聚四氟乙烯绝缘套管击穿的方法是必须消除空气隙。
The main reason for which the high pressure insulation casing of crude oil dehydrator is punc- tured is first due to that the air in the casing is punctured and causes partial electric discharge. Long-term partial electric discharge causes PTFE to turn bad and damages get worse. At last the whole insulation is punctured. The casing is a kind of unitary insulation structure and the materi- al PTFE does not have good partia1 discharge characteristics. To prevent PTFE insulation casing to be punctured, it is necessary to eliminate the air gap.
