摘要
用硬度、室温拉伸和电镜观察等方法研究了时效处理对快速凝固 Al-8.23Fe-3.62Ce 合金结构及性能的影响。研究发现,在573K 时效6h,合金中无明显的沉淀析出和相长大.时效30h,其抗张强度不降低。在高于673K 的温度下长期时效,沉淀相很快脱溶并聚集长大,导致合金室温强度降低。
The effect of aging treatment on the structure and mechanicalproperties of Al-8.23Fe-3.62Ce alloy was studied by hardenss,ambient tem-perature tensilc test and transmission electron microscopy.It was found that ag-ing for 6h at 573K did not result in marked phase precipitation and coarsening.The tensile strength of the alloy did not degrade after aging for 30h at sametemperature.Rapid coarsening of precipitates after prolonged aging at 673K re-sulted in the degradation in room temperature tensile strength.
