分析了盈利状况、股权结构及股利支付方式对股利政策的影响 ;探讨了公司不分配问题及其原因 ;对如何制定股利政策提出了建议 .
An influences on profitable position,equity structure and dividend payout methods to dividend policy are analyzed;the problem of not paying dividend is explored;the projects for formulating dividend policy are propsed.
