油气田向城市供气的管线是按给定的稳定输气量计算设计的,而用户消耗的气量又随季节和时间在变化,有用气高峰期也有低谷期。为解决供需之间的矛盾,必须进行气体储备。本文较详细地叙述了在储气工程中储气量的确定和储气方式的选择。并以华北油田向北京和石家庄两城市供气为例,选用管道储气,比选用储罐储气经济得多,北京可节省投资1700万元,每年节省运行费341万元;石家庄可节省投资514万元,年节省运行费124万元。
