摘要
本文就摆动滚子从动件平面凸轮机构的设计问题 ,根据模糊分析的基本理论提出了一种模糊优化方法。即在普通优化设计基础上 ,考虑设计参数取值的不确定性以及影响设计的某些因素如载荷性质、材料好坏很难用确定数值表示的情况 ,建立了模糊的约束条件 ,包括性能约束和几何约束。在满足使用要求的前提下 ,以摆动滚子从动件平面凸轮机构的最大效率为优化目标 ,建立了该问题的模糊优化设计的数学模型 ,并给出了优化方法和一种设计方案。本文对其他平面凸轮机构的模糊优化设计具有指导意义。
This paper provides a fuzzy optimum design method for a plate cam machine with roller and swing follower according to the basis theory of the fuzzy analysis.On the basis of the ordinary optimum design considering,the random property of the value of many design parameters and some factors' value which is very difficult to determine for load property and material quality etc,the fuzzy restrain conditions are set up, including the property restrain and bound restrain.On the premise of satisfying using demand, the fuzzy optimum design mathematical model is set up on a plate cam machinc with roller and swing follower having an object function of the minimum volume. At last the optimum method and result analysis is given.
