摘要
双活性基团的活性染料广泛应用于针织物印染生产中 ,但因活性染料的上染过程是不可逆的化学反应。若生产过程中工艺控制不当 ,极易出现色花、色差和白斑现象。为了使双活性基团的活性染料染色均匀 ,采用低温预加 1 3纯碱和全部盐 ,待布运转 15min缓慢加入染料 ,运转 30min后升温至 6 0℃走匀后再续加第二次纯碱 (或者是低温加入染料和全部的盐 ,运转 2 0min~ 30min后 ,加入 2g L纯碱 ,缓慢升温至 6 0℃ ,再续加第二次纯碱 )的方法。
Reactive dyes with double reactive radical has been widely used for knitted goods. Since the dyeing course with this dyestuff is an irreversible reaction, some defects tend to occur, such as coloured spot, colour deviation and dyeing speck and etc. In order to improve the dyeing levelness and fixation yield, a rational process specification is set forth: Adding the whole amount of salt and one third soda in advance at low temperature, then followed by dyestuff slowly after 15 minutes; The remainder soda is filled when the temperature has been risen to 60℃ in 30 minutes with the fabric running evenly ( or alternatively, adding dyestuff and the whole quantity of soda first, after 20~ 30 minutes 2g/L soda applied, then rising slowly to 60℃ with the addition of remainder soda).
