摘要
介绍了一种用于纺织企业质量管理的诊断型专家系统,它采用框架表示法和产生式规则表示法作为知识表达方式,不精确推理作为基本推理策略,并通过可信度计算对可能产生的冲突进行消解,成功地实现了对常见的产品质量问题进行准确的诊断和处理,为纺织企业质量管理提供了一种有效的技术手段。
A diagnostic expert system for quality managment, used in cotton mill ,is introduced in this paper. The Frame and the Production - Rule as way of knowledge representation, the Uncertainty Inference as basic tactics of inference,and dispelling conflict by evaluating Certainty Factor, it successfully implement accurate diagnosis and solving to common quality problem of product. This paper offers an efficient technologic method for quality management in cotton mill.
