摘要
本文根据气液两相管流和幂律液体流变性的特点,从理论上探讨了水平管中气体-幂律液体层状流的持液率,并给出了计算方法。为了检验理论分析的结果,以空气和 CMC 溶液为介质,在内径为14.25mm、20.0mm、22.45mm 和26.7mm 的四种管路中进行了实验。实验表明,理论分析与实验结果吻合较好。
Based on gas-fluid 2 phase conduit fluid and power-law fluid rheologic characteristics,this article
discusses the liquid holdup of the laminar flow of gas power fluid in horizontal conduits and
shows the calculation method.In order to test the results of the theoretical analysis,taking air and
CMC solution as the medium,experiments have been made on 4 different conduits.Their inner
diameters are 14.25mm,20.00mm,22.45mm and 26.7mm respectively.Experiment shows
that the theoretical analysis and the test results are fairly identical.
