摘要
本文主要从理论上对用超高转差电机驱动游梁式抽油机的动力性能进行了定量分析,并给出了计算实例。结果表明,以超高转差电机取代低转差电机来驱动抽油机系统,可显著改善其动力性能:①使光杆最大载荷降低,最小载荷增加,延长抽油杆的使用寿命;②较大幅度地降低减速箱曲柄轴净扭矩的最大值及减速箱负扭矩峰值的绝对值,改善了减速箱的工作条件;③电机输入功率的最高峰值下降,基本消除了负功,周期载荷系数大大降低,改善了电设备的工作条件,减少了电设备的电耗。
Through analysis this article shows that the motive behaviour was notable improved
by replacing low slip motors by superhigh ones to drive pumping units. The greatest
load of the polished rods is decreased, the lowest load of it is increased and the ser-
vice life of sucker rods is prolonged. The greatest value of net torque of the crank
shaft of the speed reducer, the absolute value of the peak value of the negative
torque of the speed reducer are decreased and the working conditoins of the speed
reducer are improved. Because basically eliminating negative work, the coefficient
of Periodic load decreased greatly, the working conditions of the electric devices im-
proved and the electric consumption of electric devices decreaseed.
