摘要
利用搅拌转速为 1 80r/min的 5L发酵罐 ,研究了 1株驯化后的苏云金芽孢杆菌(Bacillusthuringiensis)在味精废水中发酵生产生物农药的适宜工艺条件 ,并对发酵过程中的各个指标进行了检测。在 1 2m3规模的发酵罐中发酵菌数可达 68 7× 1 0 8/mL ,毒力效价与标准品相当。
The optimum conditions of Bacillus thuringiensis fermentation in monosodium wastewater were studied. The strain could produce 40.56 ×10 8/mL in 5L fermenter when cultivated for 40~48 hours under such conditions: soybean powder 2.5%, starch 1.5%, corn steep liquor 4.0%, fish meal 1.2%, KH 2PO 4 0.1%, CaCO 3 0.3%,initial pH 8.0,temperature 31℃,stirring rate 180?r/min. In addition, the changes of various parameters during the fermentation process were studied. Furthermore, the Bac. thuringiensis concentration in 1.2?m 3 fermentor was 68.7×10 8/mL and the toxicity under such conditions was indistinguishable with standard sample whose toxicity unit is 2?000 IU.
