摘要
生态环境保护和建设是实施西部大开发的根本和切入点,本文用大量资料剖析了西部生态环境恶化的自然原因与经济行为之间的必然联系。从不同方面提出了西部地区生态环境建设的对策与措施,旨在借西部大开发的历史机遇,实现西部地区生态环境的可持续发展。
The conservation and construction of the eco-environment is a fundamental base for enforcingthe exploitation strategies in Western China. By analyzing the inexorable connections between the naturalreasons of eco-environment deterioration and the socioeconomic disturbance of human activities in theregion via reviewing a large collection of reference materials, this paper proposed some practicablecountermeasures from different aspects for constructing the eco-environment. Accordingly certain measureswere suggested to realize sustainable development of the eco-environment of this part of the country bytaking the historical golden opportunity of the Great Exploitation of Western China.
