摘要
财政政策和货币政策是政府宏观调控的两大工具。在一个开放的经济条件下,政府必须选择一个稳定化的政策来实现本国经济的内部和外部均衡。本文试以芒德尔—弗莱明模型为框架,具体分析在不同汇率制度下,各种宏观调控政策的有效性,并以中国为例,进行了实证研究。
Fiscal policies and monetary policies are two tools of gove rn ment ' s macroscopic dominating policies.In the condition of open economy,gove rnme nt must choice some stabilization policies to achieve economical equili bri um both in side and out side.This article tried to study from the Mundell -Fem ing Model and an alyzed the utility of macroscopic policies in the condition of different exchange rate systems .Then it gave an example of China.
