摘要
本文从人力资源管理角度阐述了高等学校发展外聘教师制的外部环境建设和内部管理机制 ,以及外聘教师制的运作模式 。
The paper elaborates, from the perspective of human resource management, the external environment, internal administrative mechanism and operation model for the development of outsourcing of university staff. New perspectives on the development of this system are thus advanced, with consideration to the new situations.
