摘要
文章介绍了一种由微量法制备阿斯匹林的方法 ,该方法用水杨酸、乙酸酐在浓硫酸的催化下合成阿斯匹林。该方法实验时间短、操作简单、产率高 ,有效地提高了效率 [1 ] 。
A micro-scale method of aspirin preparation has been discussed. Aspirin was synthesized by o-hydroxybenzoic acid and acetic anhydride under catalyst of sulfuric acid. The method could save time, be convenient in operation and easily controlled. It can produce higher yields and improve the teaching efficiency on the experiment of acetosalicylic acid preparation.
