摘要
以成本低、性能好的高氯化聚乙烯 (HCPE)为主要成膜物 ,添加高玻璃化温度的丙烯酸树脂改性 ,配制了附着力好、防腐性能优异、耐候性优良的船壳漆介绍制漆工艺 ,讨论不同改性树脂、颜填料。
Elements of the film being high chloride poly ethylene with low cost and good function, modified by adding acrylic resin. this ship_shell paint with strong adhesive force, good function of anticorrosion and long time durabilily developed. Its production process being introduced and influences of different modified resins, pigments, caulking compound, Solvents, etc, being diseussed.
