摘要
利用TG DTA和XRD研究了氧氮化铝(AlON )在高温下的氧化行为及其与MgO和MgAl2 O4 的作用。结果表明 :AlON在 85 0℃左右开始氧化 ,1170℃左右氧化最为剧烈 ;MgO和MgAl2 O4 在 12 0 0℃都能与AlON形成固溶体 ,且后者更易形成 ;形成固溶体对AlON的氧化有一定的抑制作用。
By means of TG-DTA and XRD,oxidation behavior of aluminum oxynitride spinel and its interaction with MgO and MgAl 2 O 4 at elevated temperatures were studied.The results indicate that:(1)Aluminum oxynitride spinel begins to oxidize at around 850 ℃ and proceeds severely around 1170 ℃;(2)Both MgO and MgAl 2 O 4 can form solid solution with AlON at about 1200 ℃,the latter being more reactive;the solid solution formation would help to restrain the oxidation of AlON.
