摘要
研究了镁碳耐火材料表面的MgO致密层的形成过程和机理。结果表明 :MgO致密层在与熔融金属接触部分的耐火材料表面上形成 ,而在与熔渣接触的表面上不能形成 ;MgO致密层是由扩散到耐火材料表面的Mg(g)在氧化镁颗粒的周围氧化沉积 ,使氧化镁颗粒长大并相互连结形成的。
Formation process and mechanism of MgO dense layer formed on the surface of magnesia-carbon refractories were studied.The results showed that the MgO dense layer was formed on the refractories surface contacted with molten metal,but could not be formed on the refractories surface contacted with molten slag.The MgO dense layer was formed by the oxidation of Mg(g) diffused onto the refractories surface and deposited around magnesia particles.By the growing of the magnesia particles,the magnesia particles contacted with each other and the MgO dense layer was formed.
