摘要
在 3Y -TZP(tetragonalzirconiapolycrystalsstabilizedwith 3 %Y2 O3inmole)中 ,采用LAS (Li2 O -Al2 O3-SiO2 )玻璃粉料为添加剂 ,在13 0 0~ 15 0 0℃下烧结 ,材料抗弯强度可达 85 0MPa ,断裂韧性可达 8.7MPa·m1 /2 .讨论了添加剂对微观结构及材料力学性能的影响 ,得出了采用LAS作为添加剂 ,不但能显著地降低材料的烧结温度 ,又不会明显削弱材料的力学性能的结论 .
The samples of 3Y-TZP with different amounts of LAS(Li 2O-Al 2O 3-SiO 2) glass powders were sintered at 1 300- 1 500 ℃ . The results display that the bending strength and the fracture toughness of the ceramics obtained reached 850 MPa and 8.7 MPa·m 1/2 respectively with addition of 1% LAS in mass ratio and at sintering temperature of 1 400 ℃. Moreover, the influences of the additive on microstructure and mechanical properties of the ceramics were investigated. The conclusion obtained is that using LAS powders as sintering additives significantly reduces the sintering temperature and does not obviously influence the mechanic properties of the material.
