摘要
在经济全球化和知识经济条件下 ,中国必须做出产业调整和贸易结构调整 ,而这两类调整对中国高等职业技术教育提出了现代化要求。强调说明经济全球化和经济全球一体化提法的区别。经济全球化是不可避免的大趋势 ,而经济全球一体化则是美国某些谋士的主张 ,意在把世界划分为“头脑国家”和“身体国家”。“头脑国家”指挥“身体国家” ,“身体国家”只能永远处于世界的二流经济地位。高等职业技术教育中 ,迎头赶上知识经济大潮 ,接受经济全球化挑战 ,而警惕经济全球一体化是必需的 ,为此提出适应这些需要的教育教学改革方向 ,现代化全面发展的内涵 ,同时强调爱国主义和传统文化教育。
In the circumstances of knowledge economy state of economy\|globalization and government should adjust the structures of industry and trade, and these two kinds of adjustment demand that the higher vocational\|technical education has to be modernized accordingly. It suggests the difference between economy\|globalization and economy\|unification. The economy\|globalization is an inevitable tendency in modern society. And the economy\|unification that is proposed by some scholars in America means that to divide the world into so\|called “the head nation' and “the body nation'. “The head nation' should lead “the body nation'. And “the body nation' has to follow “the head nation' and lies in the second\|class station. The higher vocational\|technical education should keep up with the development of knowledge economy and economy\|globalization and must watch out for the economy\|unification. Therefore the education should be reformed to adopt these new circs; the modern implication of full\|scale development; emphasis on the education of patriotism and traditional culture.
