摘要
毛泽东同志是党的思想政治工作的实践者 ,也是党的思想政治工作理论的创立者。他所作的重要报告———《古田会议决议》 ,揭示了党的思想政治工作的地位、作用 ,明确了思想政治工作的目的、任务 ,阐述了思想政治工作的基本原则和方式方法 ,强调了加强思想政治工作队伍建设的重要意义等 ,从而奠定了党的思想政治工作的基本理论 ,规范了思想政治工作理论的主要范畴 ,为党的思想政治工作理论的确立和发展作出了重大贡献。直到今天 ,《古田会议决议》仍对党的思想政治工作有重要的指导意义。
Comrade MAO Ze dong is not only the founder of the theory on the ideological and political work of the Chinese Communist Party,but a man of action on it as well.In the historical report named“the Gutian Conference Resolution”,he brought to light the status and role of the ideological and political work of the Party,defined its objectives and responsibilities,and expounded its basic principles,the ways and methods of its implementation.He also stressed the importance and significance of strengthening the team for the ideological and political work.These laid the foundation for,and categorized the theory on the ideological and political work of the Party.Therefore,he contributed greatly to the establishment and development of the theory on the ideological and political work of the Chinese Communist Party.Till now,“the Gutian Conference Resolution”still serves as an important guide for the work in the ideological and political fields of the Party.
