摘要
面对来自全球的竞争和挑战 ,现代企业能否持续发展的根本在于企业的效率和是否能快速响应顾客的要求 .虚拟企业正是为了适应这一需要 ,以提高企业竞争力 ,加速响应市场为目的 ,而提出的一种新的生产管理模式 .本文讲述了虚拟企业的产生、特点、分类、运作机制和应具备的条件 ,分析了虚拟企业的组织创新和协调管理 ,并且列举了国外虚拟企业运作的案例 ,最后结合我国的实际情况 。
Modern enterprises are now facing the growing global competitions,and the continual success in the marketplace depends very much on how efficient and effective the companies are able to respond to customer demands.To meet this challenge,the new idea of virtual enterprises has been brought forward for enhancing the ability of competition and the speed of responding to the market.In this paper, we narrate the producing,characteristics,sorts,running principium and the requiring qualifications of virtual enterpriss and analyze the innovation of organization and the harmonization of management,then we give some cases of virtual enterpriss in other country,finally according to the real facts of our country,two keys of constructing virtual enterpriss are given.
