摘要
论述了高校图书馆在信息资源收集方面存在的盲点 ,是高校重点学科建设和重点课题研究者自己收集的资料。传统图书馆学认为信息资源的共享是在图书馆之间进行的 ,而现代化的图书馆在提供信息资源服务的同时 ,应该与这部分读者达成信息资源的双向交流和共享 ,把他们积累的资料充实到图书馆的馆藏中 。
The article mainly discusses the untouched domain of the collection of university information resources -- the researches of key subjects in universities usually collect the materials they need themselves. The traditional library science believes that the share of information resources is formerly carried out through the close relation among inter libraries. But modern library science holds that two-way intercourse and share resources with readers should be established in any library, and the readers are also responsible for the replenishment of library stocks, so as to achieve the true intercourse and share of the information resources between libraries and readers.
