摘要
随着近年来电子出版物在数量、种类上的迅猛发展,它的长期保存和读取问题日益突出,已引起社会各界的关注,但对这个问题的研究还不是很多。本文从电子出版物的长期存取的难点、要求出发,从管理和技术两个角度来阐述电子出版物长期存取的对策。
In recent years, electronic publications are developing quickly in qualities and categories. The issues of long - term storage and read of electronic publications have become more important and attracted social attention. However, the studies on them are not sufficient. This paper begins with the difficulties and demands of the long-term storage and read of electroric publications, expatiates the countermeasures we should take from the two aspects of management and technique.
