摘要
指出掌握充分和完整的用户信息是图书馆效能得以提升的关键因素,提出实证研究是获取用户真实信息的有效途径和方法。介绍了实证研究的概念、特征及其方法的运用,论述了开展图书馆用户实证研究与图书馆可持续发展之间的联系。
This paper introduces the concept and characteristic of the demonstrative study as well as the main contents and methods of ademonstrative study applied on library and information users. It also discussed the relation between the demonstrative library user studyand the library sustainable development.
